Welcome Reception PartyAll registered participants of SESS - TIES ’99 and their accompanying persons are expected to join a Welcome Reception Party, to be held at Park Hotel, Sunday August 22, 1999, 7:00-9:00 p.m.
On-Site Registration will

p.m., just before, during, and just after the Welcome Reception Party.
Banquet DinnerAll registered participants of SESS - TIES ’99 and their accompanying persons are expected to join a Banquet Dinner, to be held at Park Hotel, Thursday August 26, 1999, 9:00 p.m.
Lunch BreaksLunch Breaks are a great opportunity for social gatherings among groups of participants, and Alexandras Restaurant of Park Hotel is a well recommended and conveniently located place to enjoy such gatherings. However, although there has been arranged a special rate for meals there (6,500 GRD per meal per person), you will be billed individually since lunches are not covered by the registration fee.
Whole-Day ExcursionA whole-day excursion trip has been planned for SESS - TIES ’99 participants and accompanying persons, south-bound to Peloponnese, on Wednesday, August 25, 1999. It includes visits to the archeological site of Ancient Mycenae, to the ancient amphitheater of Epidavros(still used to date for performances of contemporary and/or ancient theatrical plays), to the Venetian Castle of Palamidi, and to Nauplion (the first capital of Greece).
The fee is 10,500GRD per person, and covers transportation by bus, entrance fees to archaeological sites, and guidance in English. This fee is not covered by the registration fee, and shall be collected on site as soon as you return to the Registration Secretary the Daily Excursion Form (included in your folder package), completed with the names of persons joining the trip in your party.Lunch will be accommodated individually at free will in the Old Town part of Nauplion, along with some free time for touring around or shopping.Point and Time of Departure: Park Hotel, 8:30 a.m.
