We request funding to address these tasks over a two year period. Paul Sampson and Peter Guttorp will be involved in the all of the tasks listed here. Don Percival will be primarily responsible for the wavelet research under task 2. Wendy Meiring, a one month visitor from NCAR, will be responsible for much of the work under tasks 1 and 3. The graduate RA will be primarily working on tasks 4 and 5.
